The name
From the Greek, the actions, the body of practical work. We picked it on purpose. Most firms sell the idea of AI. We install the thing itself, and we stay close until it runs.
Why we build this way
We kept seeing the same gap. Businesses that should be using AI, with nobody to actually build it into how they work. So we build it ourselves, one operation at a time.
The best systems are not built by the biggest teams. They are built by the people closest to the work. We stay close to the work, and every engagement ends with a system that runs, owned by the two people who built it.
Principles
How we hold the line.
We do the work, not the deck.
Every engagement ends with a working system, not a stack of slides. If you want consulting, you want someone else.
End to end, by the founders.
The two people you meet in discovery write the code, train the models, and integrate the systems. No handoffs, no offshoring.
Discretion is a deliverable.
Clients trust us with their proprietary deal flow, client lists, and operational systems. We keep that in confidence and do not list them publicly.
The founders
The two people who build it.

By the numbers
Honest about it.
We are early stage and we do not pretend otherwise. No wall of client logos yet. What we have is a real platform in production and a clear way of working.
